Blog Five - Fireworks night!

So happy fireworks night guys!
I know its tomorrow but I went out to see the fireworks tonight and to be honest... it was crap.
They lasted about five minutes and we were 'escorted of the premises' :/

Was pretty damn cold so had to wrap up!
Wore a HUGE navy jumper that I got in New York (Dickies - Anyone heard of it?)

Wore this tee with it - from Topshop and only £16 !!


Just wore acid wash grey denim jeans and converse with it.

Blog 4 - Winter Trends 2010 - TEXTURES

So for the first fix of my Winter 2010 trends is textures!
This has to be one of my favourite trends and is a great one for cold weather.

Its time to take your knitwear form essential to centre tage, and there's no better way than a touchy feely texture. Aran, cobwear or fur-lined - with big softies like these, you'll want to grab them all!

I'm not to keen on bold colours, so some of my favourites are:

This beauty is from Urban Outfitters and is £65 and comes in green, navy, white, yellow and red. It is on the pricey side for us high street buyers but I bought one in navy last week and it is amazing! Its really thick and warm making it great for the winter whilst also being a fashion trend!

Although these aren't the nicest colour I love the design on these Topshop socks and love the fact that they are only £5! I've also seen socks almost identical to this in Primark (no pictures available!) which will lack the best of quality but will cost around £1. I love these sort of thick socks with biker boots which give it a much gentler and feminine look than wear big black socks or something...

Next Winter 2010 trend I will blog about will be embellished clothing!

Blog Three - Forever 21

Hey guys,
so a few months ago I went on a trip to New York City!
It was first time and it was really great. Never done so much shopping in the space of 4 days in my live! I came across this really great shop called Forever 21 which you've all probably heard of but its not over her in the UK yet (coming over in 2011!)

Well when I first saw it, I wasn't so sure as it reminded me a bit of New Look. I have nothing against New Look but some things I find kind of babyish?
Anyway, we went into this massive underground 4 floor shop and there were some amazing things in there!

Because it was my last day and I was quickly running out of money I just bought these lovely cuffed boyfriend jeans. I love baggy clothes in the Autumn/Winter and these were perfect. I couldn't find the exact same pair on the Forever21 website but these were the closet I could find.










I wore it the first time with this shirt from Timbaland that I found in a wonderful shop on 16th Avenue and 6th Street called Daves. Its a mens XL and I have a small frame so its pretty damn big so I wear it with a simple grey vest without the buttons done up.

Hey guys!
Welcome to Suiveur de Mode (meaning Follower of Fashion in English)!
I'm not actually French, I'm a student born, raised and living in London but it sounds much less amateur than 'Follower of fashion'. I can't actually speak a world of French...

Some things about me:
- I am obsessed with fashion (obviously).
- I would spend every waking hour watching America's Next Top Model if I could.
- I am an aspiring actress.
- I am going to marry Shia LeBeouf. (A girl can dream can't she?!)
- I am such a movie buff.
- I am also a bit of a book worm, i love reading. Don't judge me.
- I hate text talk! I'm a person who'll reply to 'wuu2?' with 'nothing really, what about you?'
- I have a weird obsession with tomatoes. I eat like at least 3 big ones a day...
- I have a tendency to say "but" and "like" every sentence when I'm talking.
- I am working on it...
- I swear way more than I should
- I am working on that too...
- I'm scared that no one will follow me and because I'm new to this I have no bloody idea how to get more followers so bare with me...
